Grown on the slopes around Orvieto, one of Italy’s most picturesque cities, Abboccato is classic, traditional style for the local white wine and means “softly sweet”: attractive, grapey and nutty flavours with a gentle sweetness.

Pale straw yellow, clear cut and delicate on the nose with a scent of acacia flower, minerals and pears. Elegantly structured, smooth, round and long on the palate.

Grape Variety: 100% CORTESE

Gavi, produced in the foothills of the Liguria Apennines just south of the town of Novi Ligure, is Piedmont’s leading white wine. This small, family run estate produces a prime example: a refined but intense, tangy dry white with an intriguing hint of lime.

Fresh and elegant wine with rather intense and individual aromas on the nose; it is harmonious on the palate, reflecting its clean well made origin.

Grape Variety: 60% INZOLIA, 40% CHARDONNAY

Intense straw yellow in colour with golden hue. Ample and delicate with an impressive fruit-scented bouquet. The flavour is lightly dry, harmonious and balanced. Good with first courses and fish in general.
